Okay, so I don't exactly know what has happened. I guess Wilmer and I got just a little too excited because we have started trying early! Maybe it's hormones or something! You know how they say that whoever is close to you shares a period? Well my husband shares my cycle with me. He will PMS, gain weight, or just be all lovey-dovey during the same points in my menstrual cycle as me! During my first pregnancy he actually got all the horrible symptoms! This can be both a good and bad thing! I mean, hey, when a woman is in heat, and a man is in heat, it makes for a great time! But when you get two people PMSing, it's a sob story. During this time we usually will be wrapped in each other's warm embraces watching some chick flick, bawling our eyes out together, eating chocolate! Not to mention we do get impatient with one another and usually I can get pretty crabby.

One thing that I admire about Wilmer since his change, is that he is a very understanding person. He is also very patient, kind, and gentle. Whenever we are upset at each other, we never fight. Other couples will yell at one another, and throw things, or just try to intimidate one another, but not us. We are 100% compatible in every way! We always talk things out, even when inside ourselves, we are burning in anger. That is one of many things that I can honestly say that I am very proud of about my marriage. We exercise our faith by loving one another, being tender-hearted and forgiving one another, as the Bible instructs us to do!

It is about 10 minutes away from Christmas! Wilmer and I bought our son, Isaiah, a bunch of gifts that we are putting under the Christmas tree tonight! We invited Wilmer's parents to come over at 8:30 am to watch Isaiah's face as he opens his gifts! All of his gifts say, "From Jesus," on it. It is my goal to make Christmas magical for my son without taking the true meaning away! I will still teach my son about Santa until he is ready to know the truth, but I will never stop teaching him about Jesus' birth. My husband and I are a Christian family, as I am sure you can tell! We love our son more than anything in this world, and it is just plain crazy to imagine loving another person that way! Thinking about my future son or daughter, I get butterflies, even now.

I keep praying to God for a baby girl, and if he chooses to give me another boy, I will still be happy because ultimately to me, I just want God's will to be fulfilled. During my prayer time, my thoughts often shift to those poor baby girls in foreign countries whose parents throw them over a bridge, or kill them just because of their gender. It is my prayer, that though those so-called "parents" don't deserve it, that God would bless them with a baby boy, and give us the baby girl he would have given them. I just wonder, how can someone just throw away something so precious, when here we are, craving a baby girl with all that we have within ourselves? It is awful, but I believe that when we serve the Lord, that he gives us the desires of our heart, because that is what he promises us in his Word.

I have written this blog into Christmas. God bless you all, and show love to your families. Never forget the true meaning of Christmas, remembering that Christ is the reason for the season! I love all who read this, and I encourage you to share the love, and pass it forward. Merry Christmas to all, and to all a goodnight!
